The Shortlist

The Shortlist is a career platform for our members on which they can connect with our future partners and apply for vacancies that match their ambition. On the one hand, the platform enables AIM to find companies and organisations for its members and, on the other hand, companies and organisations can contact AIM and its members. The relationship is currently in its beginning phase: we are trying to find partnerships, while at the same time hoping to create a membership pool that will attract companies and organisations. So sign up and stay up-to-date on the part-time jobs, internships and full-time positions that are offered by our future partners!

AIESEC is one of the largest international non-profit organization in the world which is completely run by youth. Students are offered a platform to develop themselves while making a positive impact on society. They make this possible through volunteer projects and professional internships at large commercial companies and start-up companies around the world. The following projects are selected specifically for our members.

Global Volunteer
Their voluntary projects are located around the world and have a duration from 6 to 8 weeks. All the projects directly contribute to one of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. This enables the possibility to really make a positive impact. The voluntary projects are available for every student and at every time of the year.

Global Entrepreneur
Their Global Entrepreneur product offers students the possibility to do a professional internship at a start-up abroad. These internships last for 6 to 12 weeks and give students the opportunity to deal with great responsibilities. Because of this you will learn a lot in a short period of time. These experiences are mainly for students who are in the end of their Bachelor phase and have a background in economics/business, marketing, entrepreneurship, IT or languages.

Studentflex helps both Dutch and international students to find part-time or full-time jobs. They work closely together with fast-growing start-ups and multinationals in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam. The aim is to find out what your goals, interests and future plans are. Personal development is key as they will try to find the job that suits you best at this point in your career. At the same time their partners are looking for talented students who know how to balance hard work and a proactive attitude. Their partners search for students who truly help the organization to improve and grow. The whole process thrives on good matches that are beneficial for both the student and the employer. In addition, you will be part of the Studentflex community for whom they organize inspiring and informative events!
